I am captivated by colour, spiritual symbolism, sound and light and I became fascinated about how these connect with each other. My experimental creative process merges these elements together with experiential synesthesia, meditation, play and abstract painting techniques. For me, sounds and colours translate into emotions, shapes and feelings, this intersensory process leads to a deep sense of empowerment through creative emergence.
This exhibition showcases work created over a period of time that embodies expressions of inner and outer growth, self exploration, ecstatic joy, resilience, change, grief and loss. Adapting to new natural and cultural environments, discovering, experiencing and learning varied spiritual practices and developing alternative ways of working. Allowing this integrative and collaborative approach to unfold, transform and transcend within me. My creation process evolved into a vibrant, playful, intuitively led, intersensory and embodied experience offering a deep sense of unity and feeling at home within myself in whatever space I found myself in.

Come with me on a journey within yourself to areas where you may not have had the opportunity to explore before. Gift yourself moments for meditation, patience, play, deeper inner listening and softer gazes as you journey through each of the art works. Embrace and delve into the oceanic feminine realm of ‘The Oceans’ Yoni’ and go within your inner landscapes and purge what needs to be let go of through ‘My Womb is Angry’, and bring your body into feelings of safety, resilience, trust and freedom .Manifest your intentions and transcend into a retreat within yourself with the enlightening violet touch of ‘A Rainbows Resonance’ and travel within the multi-coloured sound spiral through ‘Portals Of My Soul.’
